This web page is intended for Catholic Churches who want to purchase our coffee and resell it to their members as part of their Social Justice commitment.

Earth Friendly Coffee is specialty coffee of the highest quality.  We sell only Shade Grown, Chemical Free, Fair Trade coffees.  On the one hand, our mission is to provide a “better than” Fair Trade price to the indigenous growers of our extraordinary coffees.  And then, on the other hand, our goal is to provide you with a coffee product that exceeds your quality expectations. 

Earth Friendly operates under a formal agreement with Catholic Relief Services.  We donate a percentage of every sale to the Catholic Relief Services Fair Trade Fund.

Earth Friendly will honor the following pricing for our coffees:

Minimum Order is one case of Earth Friendly.  Each case contains 30 one lb. bags of our coffee.  We will mix the case without additional charge.  Shipping to a commercial address adds only $.40 per lb.  If you choose to pick up the coffee at our office, there is no shipping expense to your church members.

Please note that Earth Friendly’s pricing is for a full pound (16 oz.).  Most other vendors price by 12 oz. packages.

   Pillow Pack Pricing: (2.5 oz pillows)  Minimum order: One case of 48.  No mixing within each case.

               Shipping:  $9.00 per case.

               House Blend or Dark Roast:                                          $58.00 per case

               Decaf:                                                                               $67.00 per case

              

In order to support the social justice effort outlined by our Agreement with Catholic Relief Services, we have agreed to pass through to Catholic organizations our lowest possible pricing.  Payment may be made by check, with the order—or you may pay by credit card. 

              

               We will ship the coffee Whole Bean or Ground—according to your directions. 

              

               No extra charge for grinding. 

 

               The order can be mixed however you request.  No additional charge for a mixed case.

              

We typically can ship your coffee within a week of your order.  We appreciate greater planning time if possible.  Your coffee will be delivered to your church via DHL or similar quality courier.

 

With every pound of coffee that you purchase, we will include the 3 by 5 inch label that is displayed below.
