COFFEE
1.
Although our Traditional Fundraiser Order is 210 pounds, we’ll work with
you on smaller quantities as well. See
options in section 2. We will mix and match this order according to your
needs. In other words, you might choose
to have: 40% Dark Roast, 40% House Blend
and 20% Decaf. We usually divide the
order 50/50--to make half the order whole bean–and half ground, but we will do
it any way that you want it.

You can charge whatever you would like for the coffee—but our website
shows the prices as: $13.00 per lb. for
Dark or House--and $14.00 for the Decaf.
So, we believe that you develop greater credibility with your
customers—if they can see that they cannot purchase Earth Friendly for
less—even if they go directly to Earth Friendly!
4. If you would like, we will
provide free, with your order, your unique “organization labels” to be placed
on the front of our coffee bags. Your labels will measure about 3” x 5”. Our
label remains on the back of the bag. We
will do basic label setup—any artwork is the responsibility of your organization.
Please allow one week after final artwork has been supplied to us. Please

5. Your initial order should come
to us with cash or check to cover the purchase. That means that you will typically receive
your coffee within 2 weeks. We supply the
labels—your members place your labels on the front of the bags.
6.
Your coffee order is shipped directly to the person in charge--a commercial address for this person is needed.
Because you are providing us with a commerical address, we can guarantee our shipping to be only 40 cents per pound!
7. Earth Friendly supplies the
forms to help you keep everything organized.
You can access and print these forms at the bottom of this web page.

Of course, if your organization is in the position to pay for
the coffee before they go out to
solicit, then they will be able to sell
and deliver at the same time. This is the easiest method.
Since the member has the bag of
coffee in hand when he/she talks with the prospective customer—(and since our
foil packaging is so beautiful)—this method provides an irresistible “impulse”
purchase—and, the quickest easiest way to earning $1,000 for your organization!!
9. The
most popular method of running this fundraiser is:

The “Girl Scout
cookie” method. This approach is what
most organizations use. Using this
method, the members go out and take orders and collect money from their
purchasers.

Then, they take this
money and deliver it to the person who is the fundraising organizer. That person uses the Fundraiser Organizer’s
Work Sheet (Form #FF002, which organizes the order--and the dollars
collected. The organizer person then
subtracts out your organization’s share of the dollars—and forwards the balance
on to Earth Friendly—with your organization’s coffee order, (form FF003.)
It’s as
easy as that. Your organization will
pocket over $1,000—even
before the coffee is delivered!!
